Vic's Tree Service is about more than just the basic removal of trees or trimming off a few branches. Established in 1978 by Vic Price, the company is still under the same ownership. We are licensed and insured, and above all, we pride ourselves on providing high quality tree care in Northern Virginia. Our mission is to complete quality work safely and to ensure client satisfaction on every job. As a result, we have a strong client base. Some clients have used us for many, many years.
Community is Important
Vic Price is not only the owner and founder of Vic's, but he is also active in the local community. Growing up in Fairfax, DC, Mclean, and finally residing in Great Falls, Vic has lived his whole life in the area. By being active in the community and living here for years, Vic has made invaluable connections with families and clients in the area. He was in the first graduating class out of Langley High School. Vic is currently one of the coaches for the varsity baseball team.

Our Philosophy
Tree care is an industry that requires experience and sound judgment. It takes years of experience to understand tree growth patterns in the field as well as the factors of suburban life that effect them. At Vic’s Tree Service we plan for the future of your yard and landscape by seeking long term solutions. We want to keep your landscape safe with healthy trees. Trees grow slowly, and we never make quick decisions regarding diseased trees. Vic uses a variety of criteria to determine the health of trees. Many times, we use a wait and see approach to determine whether a tree should be removed. Of course, if the tree is past the point of no return, we are equipped to remove it regardless of the size and location.

Vic Price Owner
We started well over 40 years ago selling firewood. Since then, Vic evolved the company into a business that thrives on client satisfaction. Over 40 years in business with the same ownership is hard to duplicate these days. Field experience and years in the business provides Vic with invaluable insight into tree growth, survival, and maintenance in Fairfax County.
Foreman & Head Climber
A little over 12 years ago Francisco approached Vic on a job, Vic hired him shortly after that, and since then it is a match made in heaven. Francisco is the job foreman and head tree climber. He has many years of experience. Our clients love him almost as much as they love Vic.
Vic's Tree Service Crew
Our employees are as loyal to us as we are to them. Some are going on over 25 years with Vic's Tree Service and others over 15. We added we added one new employee a year or so ago. Because our crew is consistent, you will never get the new crew on your job. Every employee at Vic's Tree Service knows the expectations, and they are proud do maintain the quality work that Vic's is known for.
